If you're new to sciPAD Online, start here for quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

Access to sciPAD Online is provided at no additional cost upon the purchase of a workbook. This currently applies to Book 1, Book 2, and senior sciences workbooks.

sciPAD Online complements the write-on workbooks as an included feature with purchase. Online-only access isn't separately available, though schools may qualify for special arrangements — contact support for details.

Instructions for teachers and students will be sent to your contact email in late January, following your school's order. A preview of the platform is available in the meantime — see Preview sciPAD Online.

Yes — with valid proof of purchase for bulk, class or school sign-ups. Homeschool users should email support@scipadonline.com.au for access options.

Access to sciPAD Online is granted for the year in which you make the purchase. Multi-year programs require contacting support by December.

Email support@scipadonline.com.au with the book title, topic, lesson, or URL of the activity.

Senior content is currently in development as the new standards are introduced.

Students register themselves at scipadonline.com.au using your class code. Support videos are available in the Help Centre.

Yes — classes appear as teachers create them. Administrators can edit students, classes, emails, and reset passwords without needing to create classes themselves.

All existing accounts, including teacher accounts, automatically carry over to the new platform. New users will need to create accounts.

It's a standalone platform. PDF export to Google Drive / Classroom is on the roadmap.

There are no setup fees. Teacher accounts are free with the purchase of class sets of workbooks.
